Taxi complaint form
Use this form to make a complaint about a taxi or private hire vehicle.
To complete this form you will need to tell us:
- Your name, address and contact details
- Driver and vehicle details (this includes the drivers ID badge number or the taxi plate number – if you have them)
- Operator details (this is the company you made the booking with)
- Nature of complaint
The data collected from our online forms is stored for no more than six weeks. However teams within the council may store your data for longer in order to continue to provide you with the service you have requested or investigate the issue you have raised.
