The plan will affect south Warrington quite severely. Green Belt is necessary for all residents of Warrington and once it is lost it has gone forever. There must be more suitable brownfield sites. Traffic is already bad on A49 and it is not clear how additional cars will access the town without using it. Infrastructure should be in place before houses and developers must be made aware of the number of vehicles 4200 properties will produce designing properties and roadways appropriately. If work is being provided in the South of the town it needs to be of a high standard so that people have less need to travel. It is understood that houses are badly needed but everything must be done to ensure the best is provided and not just the easiest solution. I feel the plan needs more refinement and detail. Climate change must also be considered.
