Dog owners are welcome to exercise their dogs in Warrington parks but should follow the good dog code.

Parks are enjoyed by many thousands of people a year.
It's antisocial to let your dog foul in public areas.
Clean up. Use the dog bins provided or take it home.
Keep poop bags in your pocket.
Infection from faeces can damage your health.
Train your dog to go at home.
Uncontrolled dogs can be frightening to others.
Please be a responsible dog owner.
When walking your dog in a park or open space, they should be under close control at all times.
This can include exercising dogs off a lead if the dog is trained to return on demand and does not pose a threat or nuisance to other dog walkers or park users.
Owners of well behaved dogs are welcome to exercise dogs off lead in parks and open spaces, unless otherwise signposted (please see below for exceptions).
Dogs are excluded from fenced play areas, are not permitted on bowling greens and owners are encouraged to keep their dogs off formal sports pitches.
Owners should be considerate to sensitive conservation sites and are encouraged to keep dogs on leads at Risley Moss.
Dogs should be on a lead and not permitted to enter ponds or disturb grazing sheep at Rixton Clay Pits.
Dog owners are requested to ensure their dogs do not disturb ground nesting birds and are encouraged to keep them on a lead at Paddington Meadows, Bewsey Meadows and Gatewarth Meadow areas between March and August.
